Here is what I did this weekend. The plan to write a very small application to find JPEGs on corrupted memory cards. Today I learned about GTK, Glib, Gthreads, DBUS and HAL.
Above is the prototype design for the $100 laptop. Have a closer look at the picture above. Am I the only one who noticed that the USB port is behind the hand-crank? I hate to be a nit-picker!
And I’ve been working like a dog. I have been at work for two months now. I am finding the days very long and tiring. I know that I am working very hard because I had to make my Start button two squares tall, and my screen two monitors wide. That is how I know that I work hard.
Does anyone know of a good calendar program for windows? I would like one that will allow to interoperate with other calendars (iCal, publishing to web etc.)
I have been using Sunbird but it sucks.
